Sunlight Foundation: OpenGov Grant

Through its OpenGov Grants program, the foundation will award one-time grants ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 to support the development of civic innovation tools, apps or Web sites; tools that facilitate data sharing with the public; efforts to collect government data at all levels; and projects that extend the capabilities and reach of the foundation's own tools or data. Priority will be given to projects that develop open-source software or data.
