BoR's Louisiana Online Grant Automation Network (LOGAN)

Access to the BoR’s submission system, LOGAN, is available at this link. New users will need to create a PI account in advance of posted deadlines. Previous users may need to reset their password via the LOGAN website if unable to login. Technical issues with LOGAN must be directed to LOGAN Support, via this link.  ORSP is not able to assist users with technical support for LOGAN.

BoRSF Eligible Disciplines

Some BoRSF programs have rotating disciplines that are eligible to submit per funding cycle. A list of all BORSF programs’ eligible disciplines can be found at this link. Proposal submissions that fall outside of the listed FY 2018-2019 eligible disciples list will not be submitted to BoR by ORSP.

Successful, Sample BoRSF Proposals

Copies of successful BoRSF proposals have been collected by ORSP and can be found via this DropBox link.  Each person is limited on the number of succesful proposals they may request from BoRSF each year.  All ORSP staff members have maxed out their sample proposal requests for this year.  Therefore, should you wish to see a successful proposal that is not included in this collection, please contact BoRSF directly by following the instructions found here.

ORSP Proposal Preparation & Guidance

In conjunction with the FY 2018-2019 BoRSF competition, ORSP provides the following documents to jump start your proposal preparation efforts.

Narrative, Budget & BoRSF Form Templates

Please feel free to use the narrative templates (Word) below as a guide for responding to BoRSF RFPs.  However, as these templates only address the narrative portion of the overall submission, they should not be used as a substitution for reading and responding to the RFP in full. NOTE: Outline numbering included in templates can be removed.  Outlines are presented as such for easy RFP reference.

Also provided below are budget calculation templates (EXCEL) and budget justification templates (Word). Please use these templates for your FY 2018-2019 submissions, as the appropriate fringe and tuitition rates, etc. have been included in these templates.  Please do not use the federal funding templates found elsewhere on the ORSP website for BoRSF submissions.
