InfoEd Global/Sponsored Programs and Information Network (SPIN)
Offered through InfoEd Global, SPIN is an extensive research funding opportunity database that allows you to search for research funding in your field by using keywords that identify your particular areas of interest and expertise.
Grants.gov
Grants.gov lists all current discretionary funding opportunities from 26 agencies of the United States government, including the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation, the Department of Energy, and many others.
Catalog of Federal and Domestic Assistance (CFDA) via SAM.gov
CFDA contains detailed program descriptions for numerous Federal assistance programs. Researchers can create accounts and sign up for program alerts.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH)
NIH funds research in areas related to human health and disease. This page includes extensive information about NIH grants, as well as a place to search NIH funding programs. NIH also has an advanced search page, which offers a wide range of search options.
The National Science Foundation (NSF)
