National Center for Responsible Gaming: Exploration Grants

The Exploration Grants program provides quick access to funding for researchers. The proposed research investigation may focus on a broad range of research that develops and tests psychosocial or pharmacological approaches for prevention, intervention, treatment or relapse prevention of gambling disorders. Applications that propose a research topic outside these parameters will not be competitive for support. The NCRG is especially interested in brief interventions targeted at underrepresented populations, such as minorities, young adults and persons with subclinical gambling disorders (e.g., at-risk for problem gambling).
